Geography of Bali Island
Bali is located between the islands of Java and Lombok, along with a range of other Lesser
Sunda islands such as Sumbawa, Flores and Sumba in the East.

The island of Bali is famous as the island of the gods.
The island is divided by rivers and jungle-covered canyons. The valleys and hills are colored by green rice fields, the end of the beautiful beaches and lakes that fill the rest of the crater.

Luhur Uluwatu Temple or Uluwatu Temple is a temple located on a steep and high rock platform and juts into the sea. It is a Pura Sad Kayangan which is believed by Hindus as a support for 9 winds.
Uluwatu Temple is located at an altitude of 97 meters above sea level. In front of the temple there is a small forest called Alas Kekeran, which functions as a buffer for temple purity.

Uluwatu Temple is also famous because right below is Pecatu beach which is often used as a place for surfing. This famous beach wave is very suitable to be used as a surfing spot besides the natural beauty of Bali which is very beautiful.

Besakih Temple is a temple complex located in the village of Besakih,Pura Besakih Complex consists of 1 Central Temple (Penataran Agung Besakih Temple) and 18 Companion Temples (1 Basukian Temple and 17 Other Temples).In the Pura Basukian, in this area it was the first place where God's revelation was received by Hyang Rsi Markendya, the forerunner of the Hindu Dharma religion now in Bali

Pura Besakih is the center of activities for all temples in Bali.Besakih Temple was included in the list of proposed UNESCO World Heritage Sites since 1995.

Pura Ulun Danu Bratan or Bratan Pura is a large water temple in Bali, the other main water temples are Ulun Danu Batur Temple. This temple complex is located on the northwest edge of Lake Bratan in the mountains near Bedugul.

Ubud Palace, officially called Puri Saren Agung, is a complex of historical buildings located in Ubud.
This palace is the official residence of the royal family of Ubud
Since it was discovered in the 8th century, the Campuhan region has always been highly respected by Balinese for its extraordinary spiritual strength.

Even the term Ubud comes from the term Ubad, which means medicine refers to the traditional healing properties of various plants that grow randomly here.

Ubud Monkey Forest/ Suci Wenara Wana is a nature reserve and temple complex located in the village of Padangtegal, Ubud, Bali.
There are six groups of monkeys that occupy different areas in this forest, namely the Pura group, the New Forest group, the Central Point group, the eastern group, the Michelin group and the Grave group.

This place is a popular tourist attraction in Ubud, has an area of approximately 12.5 hectares and will still be expanded to the south of the area and contains at least 186 different tree species.

Sanur Beach is a famous tourist resort on the island of Bali, also known as Sunrise beach. This place is located just east of the city of Denpasar, has fairly calm waves, Not far off Sanur Beach there are also diving and snorkeling sites.

Legian Beach with waves that can reach a height of 3 meters so it is good for surfing.

The animals in the Bali Marine Park Safari are animals from three regions; Indonesia, India and Africa , among them are White Starling, Owl, Honey Bear, Sumatran Tiger, Spotted Deer, Himalayan Bear, Nilgai, Black Buck, Hippopotamus, Greavy Zebra, One Hump, Ostrich, Babbon, Blue Wildebeest, and Lion.

Snorkeling point is the coral garden. This is a 10-minute boat ride around to the east from the drop-off and is a long relaxing drift snorkel. Your boat will drop you at one end and then either float with you, or motor down to the pickup point a couple of hundred meters away.

The main diving site on Nusa Menjangan is a 40-metre wall known as Pos Dua, but the top of the wall is barely a meter or so below the surface, so as long as you can dive a little bit, there is plenty to see. With divers regularly listing it as one of the best places around Bali to dive because of the beautiful coral formations
