Day 1 Arrival in Medan
On arrival in Medan, proceeds for a sightseeing tour to visit Sultan Palace and the Grand Mosque. Overnight stay in hotel Tiara or similar.

Day 2 Medan-Bukit Lawang (B)
Depart to Bukitlawang in the morning passing through palm oil and rubber plantation. On  arrival early check in hotel if room already available. At 02.00 PM, do jungle trekking to trace Orang Utan for 3 hours. This tropical jungle is the home of rare animals such as Tiger, Tapir, Hornbill, etc. Back to hotel in the late afternoon. Overnight stay in hotel Rindu Alam or Ecolodge Bukit Lawang Cottages or similar.

Day 3 Bukit Lawang-Tangkahan (B)
Drive to Tangkahan on a jeep, passing through small villages and plantation. On arrival early check in hotel if room already available. At 02.00 PM elephant ride patrolling the jungle around 1 (one) hour, and joining with the trainer to bathe the elephant in the river's bank. Late afternoon, back to your accomodation. Overnight in Mega Inn or Bambo River Inn or similar. Simple and clean accommodation and equipped with mosquito net, and bathroom with fresh shower.

Day 4 Tangkahan-Brastagi (B)
Drive to Berastagi, a cool mountain resort which is famous for fruit, flower and vegetables lies about 1.400 meters above sea level. En-route stops for a tea break and toilet. You will also stop at Partetekan Hotspring where you can dip your body in the warm pool for refreshment, and Brastagi fruit market to try the local fruits such as passion fruit, mango, avocado, etc. Overnight stay in hotel Sinabung or hotel Danau Toba Cottages in Brastagi.

Day 5 Brastagi–Samosir (B)
Breakfast will be served at the hotel. Morning you will propose for a short mountain climbing of Sibayak about 2 hours (optional). Thereafter drive to Lake Toba, one of the deepest and largest Crater Lake in the world with stop at Batak Karo village-Dokan, Sipiso piso waterfall and the long house of king Simalungun. Arrive in Parapat, a small town at the edge of Lake Toba across onboard to Samosir Island. 3 overnight stays in hotel Silintong or Toledo Inn or similar.

Day 6 SAMOSIR ISLAND TOUR (B)
Breakfast at the hotel. Proceed the journey visiting the Tomok village to see the old tomb of King’s Sidabutar, Ambarita village to see the stone chairs, tables and court yard of Siallagan’s clan and visit Simanindo to enjoy the Bataks traditional ritual dances of the Bataks Tribe. Return to the hotel. Thereafter, continue enjoy a warm interaction with the local people during your ride. Return to the hotel.

Day 7 Cycling Tour on Samosir (B)
Today you will make a cycling tour around Tuktuk village on the island. During the tour you will pass ricefield, water buffalo at work and villages. In the afternoon you return to hotel. Rest of the day at own leisure.

Day 8 Samosir – Medan/Airport*  (B)   approx. 5 hours
Transfer to Parapat by boat/ferry  and drive to Medan via Pematang Siantar. Enroute stops for a coffee break and toilet. On arrival in Medan, transfer to airport for your next destination.Tour Ends.

*Please take afternoon flight for departure around 04.00 pm.
