In the meantime we are back in Holland. We had a splendid time on Sumatera. We want to say goodbye and thank you for everything. Concerning Sam w would say. Hi Narasindo team,
We are a group of 5 pax (4 adults + 1 child) from  Penang, Malaysia; visited Medan on 2-5 Feb 2012 for a 4D3N Medan-Parapat-Berastagi tour under Narasindo tour package. Further to the above, it is a pleasure to express our gratitude and appreciation towards your excellent service throughout the journey.
Special thanks to our devoted and friendly tour guide; Mr Dini (not sure his full name) for his kindness and understanding - tirelessly taking extra measures and efforts within his capacity to fulfill & entertain our never-ending queries, requests and wishes during the trip. We are truly grateful for the warm hospitality and concern shown by Mr Dini in regards to our well-being during our 4 days stay. He deserve a reward for his for passion, focus & dedication in work! Two thumbs up..!
As a whole, it was a wonderful, memorable trip indeed - the journey went smooth as planned; we shall be looking forward to appoint Narasindo as our travel agent again in our next visit for sure!

Dear Arfan,
We have pleasant vacation during this visit last week.
Although this was my second trip to Medan, Berastagi and Samosir Island but it was totally difference experience!!!.
We thankful to our tour guide cum driver Mr. Deny, who accompanied us through out the journey for 4 days with his jokes and riddle mostly very hilarious and forgotten some shopping tips and advices.
We are back safely to our home and would like to say a very big thank you to you and Mr. Deny from all of us.
